    In this workshop we will examine our own families of origin and the values and beliefs that shape us, and explore families in Canadian culture today. We will look at the stages of the family life cycle; identify the various factors that affect families; and consider strategies to build positive relationships with parents and caregivers.     Growing TogetherRichmond Children First is pleased to announce the release of the 2nd edition of Growing Together: A Guide to Help Your Child Grow and Learn-a great resource for parents, caregivers and staff who work with young children and their families. This 2nd edition includes 3 new chapters - Welcoming Your New Baby, Active Children and Getting Ready for Kindergarten. View a copy here.
